Glen Orden Primary School was opened in 1980.  The school has undergone many changes over the years from being the major primary school in the area with over 500 students to the multicultural school it is today.  Glen Orden is not only home to a regular state primary school but also the Western English Language School annex and a weekend Vietnamese school.  We have over 27 different nationalities at our school and pride ourselves on the integration of E.S.L. students into regular classrooms.  Glen Orden is a unique school set among large grounds with numerous play areas and play equipment with excellent facilities to cater to all the children presently attending our school.

In recent years all the playgrounds have been upgraded and a new fitness track has been installed. Students have a range of different playing areas including football oval, cricket pitch and nets, basketball and netball courts, soccer field, bat tennis and volley ball courts.

Shaded eating areas are also available at the front and back of the school.
