Brisbane Private Schools introduces Epping Primary School in Epping, for all your education and learning for your childs future, We invite you to explore and learn more about the quality 21st Century education with Epping Primary School.
We are a vibrant primary school with a proud history, offering a comprehensive education to 450 students from Prep to Grade Six across two sites. We are large enough to offer a full curriculum and small enough to know your child as an individual. Our programs encompass all Victorian Essential Learning Standards (VELS) Domains and Dimensions.
The major focus of learning is literacy, numeracy and integrated inquiry learning which promotes the key to our success: curiosity. We also offer exciting programs across both campuses such as Interschool Sport, Choir, Student Representative Council, Rock Band, and the RACV Energy Breakthrough (a program for Grade Six students).
At the beginning of 2012, Epping Primary School and Greenbrook Primary School officially merged under the name Epping Primary School. Both sites remained open and now offer full programs from P-6. The High Street Campus caters for 330 students and the Greenbrook Campus 120 students. This is an important and exciting time in the proud history of both schools, as we combine the best practices and programs from each to create an exciting, new Epping Primary School.
The welfare of our students is of utmost importance to us, and programs such as You Can Do It, Restorative Practice, Promoting Alternate Thinking Strategies (PATHS) and a zero tolerance to bullying all contribute to a positive, safe and happy environment.
Welcome to Epping Primary School one of the popular educators in your Epping area. Our aim is help you in your learning journey.
We endeavour to celebrate each other's uniqueness by providing opportunity for all and to develop a culture that identifies that the journey towards excellence is often paved with trial and error, risk taking, learning from mistakes, flexibility and adaptability. We believe that encouraging students to take ownership of the learning is critical in achieving the best learning outcomes and that implicit in this concept is that students learn their own areas of strength and areas of development, through useful and explicit feedback.
